Earn2Trade Minimum Trading Days
Rules verified 2026-07-15 · official source
Earn2Trade has NO minimum trading days in the evaluation — you can pass in a single day.
What counts as a trading day
A day counts when you close at least one trade inside the firm's trading-day boundary (Earn2Trade resets at 17:00 America/Chicago). Days don't need to be consecutive, and there's no minimum P&L per day — a tiny trade counts.
| Phase | Minimum days |
|---|---|
| Evaluation | None |
| Funded (LiveSim) | None |
How traders actually breach it
The usual mistake is hitting the profit target early, stopping, and only then discovering the day count — or force-trading junk sessions just to log days and giving profit back. Know the count before you plan the pass.
TradersGuild tracks this rule live against your trade log and alerts you while there's still room — "you're $220 from the line" beats finding out from a breach email. Tracking is free for your first account.
Recent Earn2Trade rule changes
2026-07-15 — Drawdown lock added per Earn2Trade's own help center: the eval/LiveSim end-of-day trail locks at the STARTING balance — once your Maximum Drawdown reaches it, it no longer rises (previously encoded as never locking, which understated room). The Live funded account's continuous intraday trail also locks at start. The earlier operator flag on a suspected doc contradiction is resolved: the intraday-trail article is Live-account-only.
2026-07-12 — Added Earn2Trade — Trader Career Path 25K and Gauntlet Mini 50K: end-of-day (closed-only) trailing drawdown, a daily loss limit that counts open + closed P&L incl. commissions and hard-breaches on touch (reset 5PM CT), and a 30% best-day consistency rule in the evaluation only.
