Security & your data

Your trades. Your business.

Prop traders get burned by tools that overpromise and overreach. Here is exactly what TradersGuild stores, what it structurally cannot touch, and how to take your data with you — in plain language.

We can't touch your trading account. Structurally.

TradersGuild has no broker connection and no firm login — you log trades or import a CSV. That means there is no scenario, bug, or breach in which TradersGuild places an order, closes a position, or reads your account at the firm. Tools that hold your broker credentials can fail in ways we simply can't.

What we store, and where

Your logged trades, journal entries, and self-set discipline caps live in a managed Postgres database. Chart screenshots you attach are stored in a private bucket and served only through short-lived signed links — they are never publicly addressable. Payments run entirely through Stripe; your card number never touches our servers.

Never sold. Never shared. Not the product.

Your trading data is not sold, shared, rented, or used for anything except showing you your own rule compliance and discipline patterns. There are no third-party analytics buyers, no "anonymized data partnerships," no exceptions.

The free replay tool never uploads anything

The public "Would you have passed?" tool runs entirely in your browser — the CSV you paste is parsed and replayed on your device and never transmitted to us at all.

Getting your data out — or deleting it

Your trades are yours. Email support@propguard.trade from your account email for a full export of your data, or to delete your account and everything in it — handled by a human, promptly. Self-serve export and deletion are on the roadmap. Refunds are covered plainly in the terms.

Questions about any of this? Ask a human: support@propguard.trade. Not affiliated with any prop firm. Not financial advice.
