Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of TradersGuild (“TradersGuild”, “we”, “us”) at propguard.trade. By creating an account or subscribing you agree to them. If you don't agree, don't use the service.

What TradersGuild is

TradersGuild is a rule-tracking and risk-discipline tool for prop-firm trading challenges. You log or import your trades and we show your drawdown, daily-loss, consistency and other rule standing against a firm's published rules, and can alert you as you approach a limit. TradersGuild is not a broker, is not affiliated with any prop firm, and does not execute trades or move money.

Not financial advice

TradersGuild is informational software, not financial, investment, or trading advice. Nothing here is a recommendation to take or avoid any trade. Rule data is compiled from firms' public documentation and can be out of date or wrong; the firm's own current rules always govern your account, not ours. You are solely responsible for your trading decisions and for verifying your firm's rules. We are not liable for losses, failed evaluations, or missed payouts.

Accounts & acceptable use

You're responsible for activity under your account. Don't abuse the service — no scraping, automated bulk requests, attempts to access other users' data, or interference with the service. We may suspend accounts that do.

Subscriptions, billing & refunds

TradersGuild has a free tier and a paid Pro subscription, billed monthly or yearly through Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel; you can cancel anytime and keep Pro through the end of the paid period. Founding-member pricing, where offered, stays at the rate you subscribed at for as long as the subscription remains active.

Refunds: if TradersGuild isn't for you, email us within 14 days of your first payment for a full refund, no questions asked. Renewal payments after that are non-refundable, but you can cancel anytime to stop future charges.

Availability

We aim for high uptime but provide the service “as is” without warranty. Alerts depend on you logging trades and on third-party email/push delivery, and may be delayed or missed — treat them as a helper, not a guarantee.

Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be reflected in the “last updated” date. Continued use means you accept the current version.
