Privacy Policy

This policy explains what TradersGuild (propguard.trade) collects and how it's used. We keep it minimal on purpose.

What we collect

• Account: your email and a login identifier (via our auth provider, Clerk).
• Trading data you enter: the accounts you track and the trades you log or import — net P&L, close time, and optional symbol/setup. We do not connect to your broker or prop firm and never see your positions, credentials, or money.
• Billing: if you subscribe, Stripe processes payment. We store your Stripe customer/subscription IDs and status — never your card number.
• Alerts: if you enable them, your email and/or a web- push subscription so we can send briefs and breach alerts. For the no-account rule-change alerts, just your email and chosen firm, after you confirm via a double opt-in link.

How we use it

Only to run the service: compute your rule standing, send the alerts you asked for, process your subscription, and keep the product working and secure. We don't sell your data or share it for advertising.

Who processes it

We use a small set of processors strictly to operate TradersGuild: Clerk (authentication), Stripe (payments), Resend (email), a Postgres database host, and Vercel (hosting). Each only receives what it needs.

Retention & your rights

We keep your data while your account is active. You can delete any tracked account or trade in-app at any time, and you can email us to delete your account and associated data entirely. You can unsubscribe from any email with one tap.
