Added Bootcamp (scaling ladder $25K→$50K→$75K→$100K funded: 6% target / 5% static max loss per phase; a 3% daily PAUSE — higher of start-of-day balance/equity, day-lockout not fail — on the funded stage only) and Hyper Growth ($10K: 6% static floor that re-anchors on each double; 3% daily pause all stages; “double on every target”, no numeric per-level target published).
